Updated Rendering – Young/ Windsor St. development

Here is an updated rendering for the proposed development at the corner of Young and Windsor St. This proposal calls for a 21 storey mixed-use, 16 storey mixed-use and 5 story commercial/office building at the North-East corner of the intersection which is currently vacant.

If approved, this development would have a total of 329 residential units, 48 above ground parking spots and 520 underground parking spots.

Between the two towers, and the commercial/office building, there will be over 85,000 sq/ft of office and commercial space in this proposed development. With the new tower on Robie St. and the other two on Young St, this development will fit nicely into the evolving landscape of the North End.

Photo Update: Icon Bay, Bedford Hwy.

Here is an updated photo of the Icon Bay development at 50 Bedford Highway. They are almost complete the glass installation with one floor plus penthouse left to finish. The crane for this project will come down very soon and will probably be transferred to the Young St. development that is currently underway.
